The topic of my research is the potential application of metabolic modeling for the personalized medicine. The methods of my project are to construct a large-scale metabolic model and integrate the multi-omic data to perform in silico simulation. The objective is to identify the potential biomarkers for drug efficacy prediction. I currently focused on cancer chemotherapy and Alzheimer disease treatment.
