Research Interest:

I am a student of medicine at LMU Munich and currently working my medical doctoral thesis. For the thesis I am working on the project “Perceptions and Health Practices in Ageing” using mainly qualitative methods. The project is collaboration with the Institute of Public Health of the University of Porto.
My research focuses on the impact of gender on the experience of aging, especially how it shapes the perception of personal health, health-promoting behaviours, and interactions with the healthcare system.
