Research Interest
My research interests lie in the field of environmental epidemiology with special regard to climate change and its impacts on human health. My current research work focus on the air temperature modelling and the effects of exposure to air temperature on cardio-metabolic and cognitive function within the context of HI-CAM (Helmholtz-Initiative Climate Adaptation and Mitigation: two sides of the same Coin) project, an Initiative of the Helmholtz Association.
Project Title:
Temporal and spatial variation of meteorological parameters and their impact on cardiometabolic disease and cognitive function in the German National Cohort
