Research Interest

 Project Title:

Optimizing precision medicine in geriatrics: Biomarkers for clinical risk and prognosis assessment including endocrinological- and neuro- laboratory markers in the context of musculoskeletal health.

Areas of interest:
My PhD project focuses on the early detection of physical decline, such as sarcopenia and frailty, through epidemiological and biostatistical data analyses.
“How can we keep a disability-free, healthy life as long as possible?” is the fundamental question, and my clinical experiences have taught me the importance of maintaining physical function in combatting with other coexisting diseases, as well.
Therefore my research ultimately aims to establish precision medicine in preventive geriatrics.
