Welcome Event Ph.D. Programm Medical Research in Epidemiology and Public Health

On Wednesday, October 12, 13 new doctoral students have been officially admitted to our Ph.D. program, Medical Research in Epidemiology and Public Health. In the course of a Welcome Event we welcomed all of them in a lecture hall of the Klinikum Großhadern.
After the welcome address given by Prof. Ulrich Mansmann, the doctoral students received a first insight into the structure and curriculum of the Ph.D. program by the coordinators Dr. Annette Hartmann and Monika Darchinger.
Furthermore, three advanced students were available to them for exchange.
The home countries of the new students are Egypt, China, Italy, the US and Germany.
We wish them all a good start into their research project!
