Project Title
Understanding immune cellular behaviour during infection with transcriptomics and AI for translational medicine.
Research Interest
TB is a major contributor to the global infectious disease burden, but successful treatment in all cases is problematic.
My work focuses on the development of accurate and generalizable biomarkers of treatment response, to improve
understanding of underlying disease aetiology and to inform adaptive clinical trial design for the elucidation of better
treatment regimens.
